I had a very enjoyable stay at the modern and clean Cote Ouest Aparthotel. The apartment was well-equipped and had everything I needed, including a fully functional kitchen and reliable WiFi. The location was great, with easy access to the lake and a beautiful view. I also appreciated the friendly concierge and the convenience of renting bicycles at the hotel. The nearby bakery was a nice bonus for starting the day with fresh pastries. I had a fantastic time and would recommend this hotel to others.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location, right next to the lake, was absolutely stunning. We enjoyed lovely walks along the lakeside to the town center. The hotel went above and beyond by providing little extras like local wine and tokens for the washer, which added a special touch to our stay. The apartment itself was modern, clean, and spacious, with outstanding views of the lake from the living area and main bedroom. The bathrooms were also beautifully designed. The service was top-notch, with a warm and welcoming host who spoke excellent English. We even had the opportunity to rent bikes and explore the lake further, which was a fantastic experience.

As a senior woman, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility, with wide hallways and ramps that made it easy for me to get around without any trouble.

I would have loved to see more activities and entertainment geared towards senior guests during my stay. The children working there were kind and helpful, but I think having some specific programs or events for seniors would have made for an even better vacation experience.

The hotel is in a great location near the lake of Annecy, which makes it an excellent place for an active family trip. The rooms were clean, modern and bright. The bathrooms were lovely, with clean towels and bathrobes provided. , the staff was warm and welcoming, and parking was easy and secure.

The restaurant options for families close by were limited, which might be disappointing for some guests.

I had an amazing city trip with my family. The apartment was spacious and had a modern feel to it. The highlight was the stunning views from all the rooms – we couldn’t stop staring at the lake and mountains. We were happy to find that the kitchen was fully equipped as we like to cook our own meals. Plus, the patisserie across the road was perfect for a morning croissant and coffee.

There were a few downsides. There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom drain, but thankfully there were room fragrance sticks available to help mask it.

Had a lovely Easter stay at a hotel by the lake. Great location for a stroll into town and the lake is right on your doorstep. Loved the little extras in the room, like the local wine and the fruit on offer. The room had everything we needed, including tokens for the washer and soup for purchase. It was great to have all these conveniences close at hand.

The noise in the area was a bit of an issue. There were loud parties nearby which disrupted our sleep.

I had a wonderful stay at Cote Ouest. The host, Karine, went above and beyond to ensure our enjoyment. She even upgraded us to a lake view unit for one night, free of charge. The apartment was beautifully decorated with attention to detail, and everything was in great shape. The view of the lake was stunning, and the location was perfect. There was a fantastic bakery just across the road, highly recommended. The owners were friendly and helpful, and they even offered bike rentals with a private path to a bicycle track along the lake. a delightful experience.
